PDF Clause Index Cards is a paid, local-first notebook for manually indexing clauses you read in PDF contracts or agreements. Add clause cards with clause name, source file note, page note, clause label, risk note, follow-up note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review cards that need page notes or are on risk watch, then copy or share a CSV when you choose. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not open, read, import, edit, annotate, split, merge, redact, OCR, summarize, or upload PDF files. It does not connect to email, cloud drives, contract portals, banks, cards, payment accounts, or legal services. It does not provide legal advice, financial advice, contract advice, compliance advice, require an account, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to a developer server.
