Poor customer service
I bought this extremely expensive (past the trial week) software hoping for some actually smart features like batch processing. When I asked the company, no one got back to me. My time is valuable and this program and publisher wasted it.

I have paid for this
I have paid for this and I canβt even edit words and put water marks on notes and I asked for my money back and rejected giving my money back. But this doesnβt know how to use this app.
My Mistake
This program did not seem to work at first but now seems to be working fine.
Couldnd't find a way to cancel & didn't work
I asked for a free trial aware that I would be charged if I didn't cancel. Used it 5 minutes and ended up typing the simple 10 page text document. Tried to cancel before the trial ended, but couldn't figure out a way to do it. Next day a pending charge. Sent an email that I want to cancel that day. Don't know if I have to pay this for the rest of my life since there is no place to get into my account until the charge goes through.

You should rename "In-App Purchases" to "In-App Extortion."
The ONLY way to take advantage of your "FREE" service(s), (I assume there's more than 1 service...) is to start a trial subscription.
Gotta do better than that if you want to attract honest-to-goodness paying customers, folks. And it starts with etiher: > 1. Telling the TRUTH to potential customers about what to expect BEFORE the download; and >2. Providing an actual free (basic, yes, but free - as advertised) service.
Uninstalling. Immediately.

I cannot convert anything I need to sign to pdf especially when itβs urgent. This is unacceptable and this needs to be made illegal. Also, they charge us to use their service. How is this evening allowed?
Good and Reliable
The biggest pro of this app is simple way of conversions. Just drag and drop files or choose them. Select the format and conversion is done. It also supports batch conversions and gives different tools for PDF, some of them are editor,merger,splitter,watermark.

convert to pdf file
this app helped me much for my studies to convert multiple files to pdfs. Some conversions are even for free and the performance of the app is superb.
Disappointing
Was unable to batch process large amounts of pdf files into folders in an efficient manner.
Convenient to use
I found this app on store, it was a great eexperience using it. The app supports different conversions and also some tools that are mostly. needed for pdf.

Excellent Capabilities
I had an earlier version that was my go-to app for dealing with pdf documents. This new one is much more capable and somehow 'smarter'. It has processed everything I have asked it to convert. The one possible downside I see is that it now needs to upload the document for converstion rather than doing it on my machine. So far that has not been a problem and may actually be an advantage if they continue to improve it in the background. The one time fee for a lifetime subscription seems quite reasonable.

Impressive application
I was looking for an app that provides all the features that are related to my study, Like pdf editor,file compressor and pdf converter. It provides all these features at one place. Now I can do all my collage work in lesser time and more better way. I highly appreciate it!
