This app is great. It has helped me out alot with college work.
It seems to do alot - but so many steps hard to cancel
It seems to do alot - but so many steps. I need a more streamlined, scalable approach. But, I had to try the free trial to figure it out. It loses a star or two because it appears to be impossible to cancel the free trial despite their claims that you can cancel within the app (which I cannot find). I have zero tolerance for apps or services that intentionally make it hard to cancel. It is disrespecful to customers.

Smart App
I found that it was extremely easy to use. One of my most favorite features was being able to drop your files into the convertor. I love the fact it can convert so many different kinds of files such as PDF and Word files.Overall, it was an excellent experience and I really enjoyed how easy it was with being able to convert everything over. Highly recommended.

Converted remotely then sent back
When I purchased this Converted I was not aware that it would push the doc out to a Server, do the conversion and then upload it back.
Although they say "your files are immediately deleted from the server" I really wish this Conversion system was all internal.

Just bought PDF Converter. The Support button in the app doesn't work (MacBook Pro/Monterey) so I cannot cancel my purchase.
I wanted to cancel because the resolution in the .jpg image converted from a .pdf is horrible.

Does not work with MacBook
The PDF Converter-Editor&Reader does not work with MacBook. It does create a file, but the file is a photo!! And you cannot even see the entire page! And it is not editable being a photo. It does say, "docx" at the end, very very strange... but it is a jpeg just the same, made from a PDF... when you choose: PDF to Word. I cancelled and hope that it will be cancelled.
