Constantly crashing
I have encountered persistent issues with the app crashing ever since I upgraded to the lifetime option. Despite reaching out to the developer multiple times, I have not received any responses. It appears that their primary focus is on financial gain, as I have been unable to utilize the app ever. Regrettably, the issues have not been resolved, nor have I been offered a refund of fix.

Constantly Crashing
I have purchased this application and unfortunately, it has been consistently crashing since I acquired it a few months ago. Despite giving the developers the benefit of the doubt and hoping that subsequent updates would resolve the issue, the problem persists. This ongoing situation is unacceptable, and I kindly request that the necessary steps be taken to address and rectify this matter promptly. I would greatly appreciate being able to utilize the application as intended, considering the investment I have made in its purchase.
