Just to clarify, our app doesn’t change or damage the original PDF files, they always remain safe unless you manually overwrite them. The tools for split and merge are designed to work without affecting formatting, so what you experienced isn’t the usual behavior. If you faced difficulty opening or handling your PDF, please reach out to our support team, we’ll gladly assist in resolving it. Alongside splitting and merging, the app also provides many useful features like annotation, scanning, editing PDFs, and AI Chat with PDF. We’re continuously improving to make the experience easier and more powerful for every user.
App only uses WORD not a Google Document
