I spent an hour annotating an article for my class assignment and as I was writing the last annotation the entire app froze and shut down. When I opened it again everything was gone. Completely devastating.

Fix it please

When I click search files by name, it will show me those files but I can’t open any of them from listed as results. I need to scroll through so many files to get to the file and search between all files.

Crashing

I have installed this app and taken a yearly subscription. Tha app worked for few days and after that it do est even open. I have tried reinstalling it. I have send mails to helpline but no response at all.

The text editor is total trash, it doesn’t automatically match your old font you have to search for matching fonts and when you do it won’t let you use it keeps changing to Arial fonts
