PDF Grader Pro does not upload grading PDFs or student data to its own server. When you choose to use an AI feature, selected answer or PDF images, grading criteria, model answers, teacher feedback, exam information, and related template data may be sent directly to Google AI services using your API key. Processing and retention then follow Google’s applicable terms, settings, and privacy policy. Turn off AI features to use manual grading, annotation, export, and library storage without external AI requests. Third-party advertising services may process device and usage information according to your consent choices, device settings, and the app’s Privacy Policy. Before processing student materials, make sure you have the required permission and remove unnecessary personal, sensitive, or confidential information.
