Just disappointed
This was such a good app when I got it a year ago; as a college student it allowed me to mark up practice exams, worksheets, and anything else I might need to do with PDF for free. Now, everything is blocked behind a paywall, and it’s just simply sad to see such a good app stoop to such a low level due to pure greed. You people are sad and shouldn’t be forcing people into subscribing especially when using the app sparingly.

Locks up
I pay for this every month, use it a lot! Once in a while a PDF i am working on locks up and will not. Allow me to email or even print! This is the only customer support I can find! Very frustrating !!
No support site
The support link goes to the parent company which doesn't list PDF Hero. Clicking on 'support not listed' is a link to the first page where PDF Hero isn't listed.

PDF Hero isn’t what it used to be
I paid for this app many years ago when I was transitioning to completing documents and the need for a quick turn around on specific items. It worked so well and I couldn’t have been happier!
However recently I have been having problems with getting the app to work properly. I checked for current updates to the app, turned off and on my IPad. I am very disappointed with the current lack of productivity the app provides.

Nicht gut
Sorry aber einfach nur 🤬 die App. Wenn man etwas kopiert und einfügt, wird es immer wieder automatisch raus gelöscht, egal was es ist. Kann man also voll vergessen. Sorry! Nicht zu ändern.

Never Downloads Correctly
The tools on this app are very glitchy and whenever you try to download your edited version of the pdf it is missing writing or moves it around. It also puts important features behind a paywall. annoying af…

Я вроде как отозвала подписку . Удалила приложение. Почему подписка подключилась и автоматом сняла деньги ??? 499 руб за 7 дней платить , за приложение которым пользовалась 1 раз ! И которого даже нет в моем телефоне! Будьте добры, верните деньги ! Не стала портить рейтинг, приложение норм . Но таких денег не стоит .

Risponde malissimo, alcune funzioni sono inutilizzabili e le annotazioni si spostano a bordo pagine e non puoi più cliccarci sopra. Sostanzialmente un disastro, ho perso tanti appunti e tanto tempo per colpa di questa terribile applicazione. Valutazione 0/10
A volte non salva le modifiche
Sono uscita un attimo dall’app (senza chiuderla) per cercare un’informazione su Safari e l’app non mi ha salvato tutto quello che avevo evidenziato nella precedente ora.
Failing
I used to love this app for the iPad, now it is failing to do anything, just stalls out when I hit continue and I can’t get files to easily move to where I want them. I give up. Laters. Also, please return a portion of my year’s subscription 0f $99 since I won’t be using 11 out of 12 months of what I paid for! #deleted
