Being charged almost two months after I cancelled

Not sure why I’m still being charged when I have been cancelled, was charged last time and said something, got the refund and was reassured it was cancelled and then just got charged again! What the heck?! Is this a scam or what??

Hi, we are very sorry to hear that. The payment process is handled by Apple. We never see our user’s’ credit card info. If Apple refunds you then charges you again. Waste of time

You can ‘save’ the files in the app , ie it’s useless unless you want to waste your time merging documents to only find out you can see it in the app only , can’t share can’t save to your device .

Its a scam!!

It says try free for 3 days and it charge me $15! SCAM!!!

Markup PDF for free. You can merge or split as many PDF pages as you want for free. You can save unlimited pdf files inside the app as long as you want for free. You only need to purchase or try 3 days free trial when you share pdf.

Hi nerrellhouse1, thanks for reaching out to us with no explanation. Let us clarify. Cheating is the last thing we would do to our customers. We want our customers to speak for ourself. Anyways, if you have purchased unwillingly or if you forgot to unsubscribe within the free trial period, or if the app didn't work as intended, or for wherever happened in our app that you felt cheated by us, you can ask for a refund to Apple. Honestly we don’t want paying customer if our app is not a satisfactory. 3 days free trial should be enough for a free user. Peace.

Impossible to do anything

Just use the apple scanner in files. At least you can share those and rename them

With this app you are getting a Camera Scanner, PDF Editor, PDF E Signer, Apple Pencil support, jpg to pdf converter, PDF Reader etc. Press and hold on any PDF thumbnail will give you rename option. Only the share feature is locked. You can merge as many PDF files as you want. You can save unlimited pdf files for as long as you want. You only need to purchase or try 3 days free trial when you share pdf.

I was sooo close to giving this 5stars cause it’s simple to use and straight forward and it’s the best one I’ve found so far until I got to saving the file and it asks for sub smh

Changed it to 5 stars so people can see this: GET THE “PDF MERGE X” app its sooooooooo much better than this one.
