Search function no longer works
I’ve used this for years to help me search through PDFs. The search doesn’t work with the New update so I’m forced to find another pdf reader.
Don’t buy
I have used this app for some time now but no more. When updating on my iPad and iPhone my paid version disappears and is replaced by the free, ad ridden version. Last time this happened I was annoyed but paid again, not going to do this a second time. Ripoff…..
Documents won’t open anymore.
I now have no access to any of my pdf documents. App opens but not the documents. Hope this gets fixed soon.
PDF notes not working with IOS 15.2 update
The app opens but you can't open any of the pdfs. You press on them but nothing happens. Thanks.

Not able to open docs
I’m able to up the app but not the PDFs…using IOS 14.8

I’ve used this app for 8 year so useful can change chords of songs, words , add chord symbols it’s great I have 0ver 700 songs brilliant
Can no longer open my PDFs
I’ve loved and used this app exclusively for years, my entire brain is on this thing. However, now 8 cannot access any of my PDFs- clicking on them doesn’t elicit any sort of response, when this is how they usually open.
I swear by pdf-notes even though it stinks sometimes
I have had pdf-notes for six years and I can’t use anything else. It does have some major flaws, such as not very pretty design, inability to make selections and transformations, and occasional glitches. However, pdf-notes has really easy to use tools, lots of export options, and the ability to rename and organize pdfs. It is so simple and I love it. None of this Notability stuff, pdf-notes is the OG annotation app.
However, pdf-notes, if you see this, please do consider updating your interface to something that doesn’t look like it’s from 2012, and a transform/selection feature would be amazing.

Can’t open documents
Since the most recent Apple update, I can’t access my files.
I can navigate my files but when I click to open they will not open.
They still would not open. Then I had the idea to add something to the app. I was able to do that and now it is working again.

Unable to open PDF
After the last update the app will open but I am unable to open and view my downloaded pdf’s. Please fix ASAP
I bought this app in free trial version, but...
In apple store, it still the state that I didn't buy this apple even though I already paid 9.99$ in this free trial app.
so, I wonder that are these different things between apple store 9.99$ thing and 9.99$ in free trial version thing?

I tried this app for free in my first year at uni, then paid for the permanent licence because it’s too good to be free!!
I’m going to continue using it later for extended study!!

Degrading over time.
This was a great app in the beginning, but now very little seems to work right. The swipe rarely works, since they added an image type’ of left and right arrow - that are there sometimes, and sometimes not.

Still the best available
I do a great deal of pdf reading and editing as an educator and journal editor. I use Expert and pdf-notes, and greatly prefer this for ease of detailed editing. This is a hidden jewel.

Hi, I'm using the full lifetime version ($10) on my iPad- however, I didn't know it wouldn't apply to the version on my iPhone as well- another $5- which is a bummer..I rarely spend on apps so I thought it was worth it but I wish I would have known!
Otherwise, very handy!
Is it possible to add a flash cards feature? I use this program for my textbooks and exam prep so that would be really helpful if it was all combined into one app!
I found the flash cards in other apps like MarginNote but I feel to get highlighting done while listening to lectures- it's just not a smooth process like in this app. Or maybe I'm just too dedicated to pdf-notes!

Okay...
I have not been able to fully try the app before deciding if I want to purchase it because of the annoying placement of the ads! It literally covers the document in part, so I had to re-download the pdf I was trying to read and open it with another app.
