Buggy, Non-Intuitive UX
The lack of typical Apple ecosystem UX conventions (swipe to delete, press and hold for context menu, etc) is off-putting. Add in the bugs (encountered multiple within the first 5 minutes of usage, including a consistent crash that renders doc scanning completely broken) and this app is just a jarring experience. I want a refund.

No response from support
I purchased the software for the automatic scroll feature. I haven’t been able to figure out how to turn on the auto scroll. I sent support an email asking how. It’s been a week and no response.

Can’t open PDFs
It’s not capable of opening PDFs. So obviously this is one of the biggest jokes and cons of an app that’s ever been. There’s nothing that can be said about it other than why isn’t it possible to offer zero stars?
What Happens to Great App
I have been using the Pro Version for a number of years and found the interface for selecting pages in a book to extract was the best on the market. However that appears to have all changed now. I’m not sure when it happened as I did not have time to use it for several months due to illness in the family. However now the App is virtually unusable. Great pity.

Can’t opened the pdf files, it’s a scam.
I wasn't able to add Google Drive to this app
The main reason why i need this app is to be able to add cloud drives, for some reasons Google didn't like app refused to complete integration

Doesn’t work anymore
Can’t open PDFs that I’ve downloaded to my iPad. RIP. This app used to be cool
Downgraded?
You can’t arrange documents into folders, or delete documents. Basically all you can do is read documents, it’s nowhere near as useful as it used to be .

USED TO BE GREAT
This used to be a great app, but since the latest update on my iPad this app has become almost useless. I can no longer create or access my folders within the app, nor can I change the name of a document nor move anything. All I can do is read the documents I had not yet put into folders & I can add more documents. When you have hundreds if not thousands of documents, if you can’t store them in folders for easy access then you may as well get rid of the app. I will be looking for a replacement if this is not sorted soon

Meets my needs 100%
I maintain a small library of flight and aircraft maintenance reference documents to refer to when reviewing refresher material, or working on the plane. This just works, docs are easy to organize, share, email etc.
