Works beautifully on my ipad but not at all my iphone

I’m sure I’m missing something, but I have no idea how to fix it. When I tap on SCAN, a button to take a photo of a page shows up, but the page I’m trying to scan isn’t there. In fact, all that’s there is a black screen. I need this app to work on my phone more than I need it for my ipad.

Sorry to hear that the camera is not working for you. Could you please check your phone settings to ensure that Camera access for the Tiny Scanner app is turned ON? Here's how you can do that: 1. Open the "Settings" app on your phone. 2. Type "Tiny Scanner" in the search bar at the top. 3. Tap on "Tiny Scanner" from the results. 4. Confirm that the Camera option is toggled ON. Sometimes you need to scan something on the go! This is a great app to do so!

Great little scanner

I have used several scanners in my life, but this one is the best I have seen. Not only that, but it is free. It has automatic page sensors, so you don’t have to worry about centering the page. I can’t recommend it high enough.

Confusing

It appears you have to have a second app to actually email scanned documents. If so, it’s a royal pain to use & kind of pointless.

Sorry for the confusion. It actually doesn't need a second app, but you need to connect your phone to your email through Apple Accounts. This is because it needs to be sent from a valid email address. Alternatively, you can share the scanned docs using any social apps installed on your phone. Hope this helps. Much better transmission of photographs and literature

I gave the tiny scanner five stars because it’s very effective and easy to use. Quality of things copied and sent by email or amazing.

Scan IDs and other docs in a second and export via PDF or save to upload. Perfect

Directions

It would be nice if there was better directions on how to use the app. When I finally figured it out, I like it. There may be more benefits that I haven’t figured out yet.

Absolute bull! Went through the effort to scan a 70 page booklet and it didn’t even export. All that effort for nothing. 0 stars!

Scanned and tried to export and share by email- never got the email.
