On my trial of this app, the document I photographed and created a PDF of was bright pink and unreadable when I emailed it. Canceled free trial.

I just purchased the annual plan for this app, and I honestly cannot believe that the scanning feature is not working properly.
When I scan a document, it looks perfectly fine on the preview screen. However, once I save it, only a portion of the document is actually saved. The rest is cut off. This makes the app completely unusable for its main purpose.
I’m not sure whether this is a bug or a technical issue, but I was unable to find any App Support contact information on the website to report the problem or ask for help. That is extremely frustrating.
At this point, I feel misled because I paid for a full year of service that I cannot use, and there is no clear way to contact support or request a refund.
I hope this issue is addressed quickly, but right now, I cannot recommend this app.
