Cannot cancel subscription
I started a free trial and realised that there i no option to cancel it. I contacted their support, nobody answered. I waited to see if they will actually charge me and they did.

Fraud
They charge you without your consent. Asked for a refund 30 minutes after I was charged and they declined my request. Why ? No refund policy, whaat ?
Worst app
Be careful with app, all they want is your money without providing the service. I purchased one year prescription, supposed to be good until 4/16/26. I canceled subscription to avoid more charging after the pay period is due. The app downgraded me to guest level and stopped providing services I paid for unless I subscribe more time, in another word pay more😡

The price was too expensive
I tried the free trail and the functions are not worth the price. I forgot to cancel the free trail and got deducted 60 dollar and the refund failed. Hope you guys remember to unsubscribe.

Scanner is alright but the amount of ads is INSANE , there are ads after every button you press.
Disappointed
I bought one plan, and it still is not enough to remove the watermark. In addition the image looks awful. When I tried to write to the company in the contact us page, the message was not send due to some form errors. Absolutely disappointed by this and will never ever pay again.
