Charged after cancelling within 7 days

This app has charged me $49.99 annual fee even after stating you get 7 days free trial and I cancelled subscription the same day as I did not like the app. Will not refund. I have contacted Apple, got a refund, then this app developer charged me again. Avoid!!!!! Rip off!!!!!!!
