Frozen app
My app seems to be frozen. Nothing I do makes it work. If I go to the App Store and open this app all my previous stuff is there but still cat access anything. How do we fix this?

The 7 day trial popped up and didn’t give a back or exit button, I tapped the screen and before I know it I have started the 7 day trial which I 100% didn’t want to do and now I am having trouble unsubscribing so I don’t get whacked with the yearly subscription for something that I DONT want!!

I bought this app for $2.99 a couple of years ago and have been saving all my important information to it.
The app started coming up with an advert for a full version for $50. It wouldn’t go away and always kept interrupting what I was doing. I tried the trial and decided not to continue but then I lost all my data. Very unhappy!!
Find another app as they will hijack everything if you don’t pay the money.
