Quick way to waste $3

I tasked your program with a simple conversion of a 1+ page pdf to excel. This is a scam! Nothing I did would get this program to work. I kept getting error messages telling me the file was to big (100 KB is too big)?! and that it needs to be split up. I even tried the compression option. Another waste of time,. Apparently the file was too big to be compressed as well? And mine was a “premium” membership! Premium of nothing = nothing!
