No way to save your PDF rendering the app useless.

Ok - I got this application to do one thing, and it does that nearly perfectly. Our accounting office is transitioning to be 100% digital, so now when invoices come in via email, instead of printing them for prcoessing, we do all our processing with digital stamps on PDF. This app is a great step in the workflow of saving a PDF with a specific filename and marking it as received with the current date. My one complaint is that I can’t set a default watermarking action, so that EVERY file I drop into the app will open with my “Recieved” preset, and then I can just initiate the saving process. It’s a only few extra clicks, but if we could set a default preset to open the program with, we’d be GOLDEN.

Does not work with High Sierra
Worked fine on previous versions of mac os, but does not work at all on High Sierra.

No SETTING options available
I like what the program app does, and using for apporval stamp on pdf documents, but fine noway to set for the stamp to do the same thing on each doc, must reset with every use!
Surely this can be handled with a "setting instruction"?
Would probably change to 5 stars!

A great little app with a great utility
In the digital age, .pdf documents can get sent around and its important to "stamp" ownership or a disclaimer. This app does as promised and makes it in a nice professional format. Its one of about 4 pdf related apps I use regularly (PDFpen, PDFSuite, PDF2Office, PDF Watermaker) each for its own narrow purpose. I'm happy to have several small apps that each do one thig well rather than a bloated and complex single one.

Limited….
Only two colors are available, grey and red…. No font choices…. Perfect app if you just want to put a very simple watermark over a pdf and nothing more.
One watermark only
As long as you have only 1 watermark created and saved, the app works fine. I tried to create a second watermark, after saving, the app defaulted my 2nd watermark context to the default "Watermark 1". I repeated the same process multiple time trying to get a 2nd watermark saved properly, but not successful. Now, I have to go look for another watermarking app.

Works, but not that smoothly!

One, it is not always easy to actually apply the text you want to watermark for. Sometimes you have to try several times. Also, it seems that it is not easy to save the text list. I don't know why sometimes the application worked, why sometimes didn't. Very often, the watermark was on, but not the text you typed in. Kind of annoying.
Second, the format of text is relatively limited. More options to edit fonts and locations would be better.

Basic and easy to use
This app will add a basic watermark to a pdf, either as text or a logo. It does the job OK, but it does lack some flexibility:
- transparency settings are made in Preferences which seems odd
- you cannot change the watermark font
- there is only a limited size of font available (max 96pt)
- you cannot change the rotation of diagonal watermarks
- font colours are limited to gray or red.
I would have expected the app to use the usual mac font and colour services.
Overall OK for 3 quid, but could be better with a few tweaks.
There is a demo available - I didn't realise until after I'd purchased.

AWESOME respose to my feature request
I started bought the app to watermark scripts, but the watermark was too dark, and was making reading difficult. I asked the developer to add an opacity adjustment, and just a few days later: PRESTO, a new opacity adjustment! This feature has made all the differnece for me. Thank you!
Un-user friendly
I can not find any information on how to use this app. Support says "create a list" but doesn't instruct how. If anyone else has purchased this and can give simple directions I would appreciate the help.
Does not Work
The only watermark that works is Watermark 1 or 2 etc.
Custom ones do not work.
Waste of money and time.
