Huge improvement over previous version. Appreciate having library card ID in app and in Apple Wallet. Notes all media checked out, either hard copies of books or electronic copies through Libby, and can return e-books remotely. Glad it lists today’s hours, but if it listed open hours of future days, it’d get a fifth star

Slow and no bug fixes
I wish this app wasn’t so buggy. It’s slow and doesn’t keep up with iOS updates. I can’t search any longer because the keyboard won’t come up. Disappointing.

Wonderful theory, BUT it is way slow to react & frequently times out before completing the requested task =
especially the ‘SUBMIT’ function. AND after every software update their staff recommends deleting the app & re-installing it!

Slow and times out
Love the idea of having a library app. It has several great features. The problem is the app is so slow it often times out and doesn’t work. I have the iPhone 8 so it isn’t a phone issue nor do I have problems with other apps. Hate giving a low review but I do in hopes the problems are corrected. Thanks portage library for all you do!

Great App For Book Nerds!
I downloaded the city's app last year & was very disappointed so I had low expectations for this. But it is GREAT!! So far I've discovered how to: scan a bar code to see if it's avail at the PDL, search the catalogue, link my card so I can view checked out items & due dates/fees, & coming events (which actually seems to be current!) Love this!
