I don’t understand why the ratings are so high?
Usually, the place is great. They are fast and efficient. The app however….. says I am the only person in a queue that they never want to respond to and kick me out of the wait because I do anything else on my phone for more than 30 seconds at a time. It “reconnects” every time your phone has anything but the app open and on. The app won’t update much of anything, won’t store any part of your information no matter what, and realistically? I just wanted to get the same meds prescribed by them before for a sinus infection since I have them a lot. They just don’t answer. I feel like it’s probably falsely inflated good ratings or they just really hate me personally. Not sure how they would know it’s me since they don’t store anything, making you retype any time there is a disconnect. Would be nice to have a warning it will disconnect since most people have a lot going on in their lives. 🤷🏻♀️
