Thanks for using peace. In this version, we redesigned the breath feature UI and added voiceover to the inhale, exhale and hold points. We also fixed a lot of bugs and enhanced the app performance. Enjoy!

My opinion...

Honestly this app is amazing! It has helped me in so many different ways! I had AMAZING sleep last night! Although it’s not a five stars... there’s not enough lofi choices. There’s only like 4-6 different playlists. And about the breathing thing... it’s very calming but you inhale a bit to long. Maybe shorten that. Also there aren’t enough varieties of nature sounds!! Also in the nature sounds there’s to much going on in the barn one. There’s to much noises at once and it gives me anxiety... maybe make it so that there are less sounds going on at once. Otherwise I recommend this app! It’s amazing and it really helps!
