Delicious lunch
I went alone to the White Horse today knowing I would get a warm welcome.I was not mistaken. I chose the mushroom, celeriac and lentil cottage pie from the daily Specials Board.It was scrumptious and was served with a lovely selection of winter greens.I allowed myself to be tempted with the Specials dessert, a delightful tiramisu with crumbled amaretti biscuits. This was also delicious.

Lovely engagement meal
We came here on Christmas Eve for a Christmas meal and I was surprised with a proposal over pudding. The meal was amazing and Holly and Frankie made it very special for us. They followed all my fiancé’s instructions which he’d been in email contact about prior to the meal and very thorough with my nut allergy. Thank you for a lovely engagement meal xxx

Outstanding Sunday Lunch
The food is so good, the chocolate tart was sublime and the apple mojito is delicious. Maisie was super friendly.
First visit to The One Elm in Stratford upon Avon
Lovely pub staff were attentive and very knowledgeable about the beers, wines & menu. Food was excellent fresh produce, good portions. Wine was great one of the French roses I’ve had in a long time. Husband happy with the selection of local ales. Will definitely be visiting again. Thank you 🙏🏼

Another great visit
Just mastered the app, the One Elm is a firm favourite for us! Great good, friendly service and great atmosphere. Ate there on Friday evening, the lamb burgers were delicious and again today for Sunday lunch. Would highly recommend

Everything excellent, staff, service, cleanliness, quality of the food, the view.. all good, however the decaf coffee is tasteless.

Couldn’t even get the App on my phone, then once we did get it, you have to register then you have to get your activation code then you have to take a photo then confirm your age, finally ordered a drink then had to confirm again I was over 18. Sorry but I hate how we are barrelling down this technology road, sometimes it’s just nice to do things like we used to!

Awful - invasion of privacy
You do not need my photo and inside leg measurement to let me order food. Your sign up flow is counter intuitive and the privacy policy is riddled with dark patterns. Unusable.
Over engineered
Genuinely the most data hungry, over engineered pub app I’ve ever seen. You just need a website and a payment method. That’s it.
Long winded setup
Should have ordered at the bar instead!
