Just deleted the app, and reloaded. Seems to be working much better.
Love the app, but hate to use PC Fix-it it on my tablet. Most of the fields don’t work, especially when you wish to add a photo. You try to adjust the photo size, then you can’t get back to Fix-it.

I'm glad my town cares
I've never lived anywhere else that cared enough to create a way for citizens to easily report issues, very impressive.
Great App. But.
This app is great for reporting problems. Would like to see reported problems listed by newest date first. Also, when status is closed it would be nice to know what was done. Not always the case.
A great app with a strange name
A more user-friendly first screen would be a welcome change. "Start with or without media" sounds like music will play if I click that option. Effective app, definitely. I would, however, change the name of the app. The words "fix" and "PC" may give the wrong idea what the app is about. Other than that it's a very useful app. If you live in the Peachtree Corners (PC!?) you should be using it to make our city better. Great initiative, thank you.
