Love it except…
I love the app and the shows on the app but peacock needs to figure out the commercials. If you’ve watched the show or part of the show and want to rewatch, you have to rewatch all of the commercials again.
Will consider canceling
Peacocks never gave me problems until recently. It’s been acting up, I try to watch my shows but the audio doesn’t match the episode. I’ve tried to restart it but it doesn’t work. Then it “fixes” and starts to do it again! I’m getting tired of it and considering if I should cancel my subscription

Every time I try to watch something on this app, it lags. It’s frustrating because you’re paying for a service that’s supposed to run smoothly, not one you have to refresh every 10 to 15 minutes.
Always have issues with this app
The functionality of the app is terrible. The download feature to watch off line always errors out or freezes. Terrible quality and you have to upgrade to download for offline viewing
Irritating Lack of Synch
The app and the TV platform do not synch; so to view shows, I have to manually adjust the episodes and slider. If it were free, then this would be understandable; however, since prices have ONLY increased, how about we get some tech associates to fix the glitch?
