Peak Pharmacy App
This app keeps reverting to the incorrect patient. My partner doesn’t have email so I order his prescriptions online and everytime it reverts to my name & doctors surgery instead of his. Fed up with it now

It is a lot easier to get my order and I also help my wife with hers
Utter rubbish
Seriously! Had an email regarding the issues with this app so I replied to the email with the relevant information and now Healthera claim they haven’t heard from me. Is there any wonder the app is so awful when the customer service is worse than useless. Just to add I’ve tried the email support and that doesn’t exist, it just gets worse.

I’ve had this app for about a year now, and only ONE time has it actually worked

Does not work!
Set everything up and scheduled my prescriptions and after 2 weeks no one at the pharmacy knows where the order is or how to get it through the system! Going back to using the NHS app.
So much easier
An easier way to order tablets so I don’t forget when they need ordering

From the moment I registered I was bombarded by relentless messages telling me I hadn’t ordered a repeat prescription yet. It wasn’t due!
Then they repeatedly asked me why I hadn’t ordered. Was there anything they could do to help? Did I know that the app was useful for so many other things?
The one thing I wanted was to be notified when my prescription was ready to be collected at the pharmacy and that’s the one thing they didn’t tell me, but it was the main benefit to me of registering to save going to the pharmacy only to be told it wasn’t ready.
Not for me. I’ve deleted the app and will order through NHS app or my surgery app as I did previously.

Reprat prescriptions.
The app fails to take account of ‘Batch’ prescriptions and every time I order it sends a request to my Doctor wasting their time.
Repeated prescriptions
So easy and convenient to order prescriptions. I am not savvy with technology but I have to say this one is easy.
