App has gone down hill
The card management feature basically doesn’t work. Have the time the app is half loaded and doesn’t work, seems to break often. Frustrating!

I love this app. It makes my banking so very convenient. All information is at my fingertips.
Bill pay
Have been trying to pay a bill for about three weeks. Screen goes blank when I click the BILL PAY button.

This app is like a child’s version of a banks app, broken constantly, services not available - it’s embarrassing
Was great until
I’ve been a member with this bank for over 4 years, but two days ago was the day my banking app decided to stop working. Im not sure why, but it won’t even open the app but i can login online

It’s a shame that I most likely will have to buy a new phone to continue using this app (among others) since it won’t let me use the version that my phone can handle.

Crashing
Recently began crashing and won’t open. Have tried deleting and reinstalling with same results.
Blocked for rooted or jail broken device.
It’s one thing if the disable Face ID or Touch ID but not to be able to use the app all together is stupid. Trying to control how I use my device. Had been jailbroken on all previous versions. This was a crap move.
Stopped working
This application had a lot of problems at the beginning. Switching to this new app required about an hour of work and a call to the bank. Then it refused to accept facial recognition. Facial recognition has worked sporadically, which is very inconvenient. But today it stopped altogether. It tells me there is no connectivity. A check in my setting shows I have cellular data active for the app. Everything else works except this app. Restarting the app did not work. Going to uninstall it next. But then I will have another hour of getting it to work again, if it can connect to the network.
Ok, done that. Now it says it’s unavailable due to server maintenance. That I can understand. Wish that was the first message. The headache of getting it linked to my account when they are done with the maintenance will be maddening!

Annoyed!
I was using the old version of this app until it told me I needed to update. Needless to say, it hasn’t been working well for me at all. Even when I put in my login info, it can’t validate my login info. Then a few hours later it works with my Face ID. It does this back and forth everyday! The old version worked better in my opinion.
