Fix the game.
Keeps saying there is an update. Won’t update and the game won’t load.

Stopped Working After Newest Update
After last week’s update (June ‘26) the game stopped working for me.
1)The green check marks after tasks were completed stopped appearing.
2)Daily rewards would cause app to freeze after clicking, I’d restart and never accumulate any of the rewards
3)Stopped receiving outfits months ago from gift boxes, always small coins
4)Timer for free gift boxes would say 2:49, I’d return after 2:49 hours and there would be no change on the timer
5) After the last update for the pirate story, I was stuck in a loop. I’d click the app to play, there’s a pop up for a new update, go to App Store to download, no update, go back to the game and I’d get the same pop up for a new update.
I gave up and stopped playing a few days. Deleted the app again and downloaded it again today. Chose the option to start on level 42 where I left off only to start back at level 1.
Previous rating: It’s a fun game but there’s constant pop ups for in-app purchases. You can’t progress as fast unless you do. Another annoying feature is you have to collect character cards in order to earn new abilities and it doesn’t save your progress. For example, I needed one more Houdini card in order for Snoopy to complete a task, I had 9/10, finally got the 10th Houdini card but it showed I only had 5. It does this a lot.

Buggy
It’s fun when it works. Game is very buggy and frequently crashes, omits prizes, and is unreliable.
Game not able to be opened for days
I could not even open this game for about a week right in the middle of an event. We should be reimbursed for time lost. Don’t push an update in the middle of an event. This could be a deal breaker.
Unstable updates
Sad to say this game has become so unstable it has lost a lot of support. Updates are being released that cause it to crash or freeze, sections in the game don’t work etc, far to many to list. My opinion is that updates are not tested throughly enough before release.

The game had been down for roughly a week with no explanation, and no nothing to explain what happened very disappointed in pixowl. also, during the time it was down it seemed like the game kept continuing, but we weren’t able to as players

Yes I wish the 70-80% off was instead everything 2.99 or 1.99 for all our trouble! ;) Hint! OTOH, maybe thatvwould cause another broken game. :P ROFL
No game exists currently on any platform! They should offer Snoopy and both $10 packs and other pack for $10 total for the long hassle. Do not understand how new event could wreck game.
I hate that too many monthly events come with bugs, bans on playing game due to updates we need but do not get. $30 to get game pass, character pack 1, pack 2 to get golden character. $30 roughly. I pay and then cant play. I hung on the game, waking up to continue putting characters down so I could rush thru event trying to finish before this happens because I knew it would. I even used green bucks to finish events early. 16-17 days left. Buying the golden pass caused me to skip ahead by quite a bit, thankfully. Hopefully tomorrow I can play again. I waited until after last update to buy pass. Bought pass Friday or Thursday night, and now this. Oh well! I should stop supporting evil country and stop buying anything and just wait to be offed. Trump made usa hell! stressed! no destressor left. game is stress also now.

Something is wrong
My game won’t load because it says I need an update but it won’t let me.
I used to love this game.
This game has become infuriating. The game has become glitchy and I get false emails from customer service that refuse to address a new issue. I'm close to deleting the game, which is disappointing.

Been playing this game for a while now really building my snoopy town went to play today it told me it has been updated I updated it and lost my town completely I have to start from the beginning now it keeps freezing i am now going to delete this game
Never ending issues
For a while now it seems like there is an issue when trying to play the game. It is very frustrating not being able to complete tasks when unable to get in to the game. It also should be a better way to add friends rather than adding them to my facebook. You are forcing us to add complete strangers to it. I have more to add but will at another time.

Fun game but every time i try to play it says update needed when game is already updated and game only works if you delete and reinstall then even after you do that and play for awhile it kicks you out of the game.

Game no longer crashes but I still can’t purchase special deals even after downloading the newest download.

Started with coin collector shutting down the app.
I went to collect Snoopy Bucks today and cannot get into app.
Please fix ASAP.

Great game, always room for improvement
I appreciate so much the art and the user experience this game offers. I downloaded it for the first time on my iPod video, over 10 years ago. The monthly challenges are always fun to accomplish. My one complaint is that I’ve experienced several bugs and glitches lately, and even though their IT support is very efficient and responsive, it keeps happening and it affects my game flow. Thank you for bringing the PEANUTS to us. Always a big fan💕

Latest update.
Since this last update I haven’t been able to get the game to load. It doesn’t seem to go farther than 13.33%.

Unplayable
Game has been stuck on loading screen for 3 days after the last update. It loads to 13% and never advances past that.
