Luv the chef and no delivery fees!
I love having this convenience in my building. The like the varied choices. I don’t like wasting my money on delivery fees. The salads, pizzas, Special holidays,Thanksgiving were a real pleasure.
Horrible Food!
Decided to try for the 1st time after receiving a promo code in my building. Food arrived 45 minutes late after waiting on the phone with customer service for 15 minutes wondering where it was.
Food wasn’t fresh, and tasted like day old leftovers from a bad restaurant. Not even worth the discounted price I paid.

Absolutely Amazing
I love all of the food! The varied menu makes this an amenity I am going to continue being grateful for!!!
Not dependable
I’ve ordered twice. First time it was two hours late which absolutely no updates, communication or number to get in touch with to get answers or information. Second time they called an hour after it was supposed to be delivered, letting me know they run out of all three meals I ordered. Don’t waste your time. I believe the chefs are doing a lovely job- but this is the least dependable service when it’s supposed to be the best and most convenient.

2nd time order has not delivered
I’ve tried to use this service twice. My building was marketing it as an amenity. I live in a new high rise downtown Chicago. Both times, I paid for my order and I never received the delivery. I thought it was legit since my building was promoting it, but I thinks it’s a scam )or just horrible service).

Delivery estimates are a joke. 30 minutes or 60 minutes or 90 minutes. Communication about delivery is a joke.
App is semi-difficult to use when checking allergies.
Food is reheated. Kind of like too many restaurants.

High price for prepackaged moldy food
The company falsely advertised its services - the food was not made on site. The salad leaves were rotten and the toppings for the salad inside were moldy. High price point for prepackaged and poor quality food.
They microwave their food
They claim they are preparing food to order. Complete lie! My meatballs were microwaved and they are so dense, they didn’t even make sure they were hot. As a result, the were cold in the middle. The second time I ordered my food wasn’t even delivered. They said they took too many orders and couldn’t service all of them. STAY CLEAR OF THIS VENDOR!

The app requires that I log in again at every use. Also it’s menu and layout is confusing with seeming duplications that take you to different screens.
