Finding fill-in shifts has always been very messy, and it’s about time that there was an app that simplifies the entire process.
Booking readily available shifts is very easy to do, and I love how transparent the entire system is from payments to even practices listing what type of equipment they have available.
Since starting to use Peared, I’ve tripled my fill-in shift income. Finding side gigs is so much easier now, and I’ve gained access to this huge network I’ve never come close to having before.

I’ve used several agencies, but this app is the most efficient for my schedule. I can filter by distance, and the 'instant book' feature is a game-changer.
