External Transfer not working anymore
Since the update I can’t do external transfer anymore from my other bank to pay my loan.
App is great

New updated app is more user friendly, looks better, and runs a bit faster. Additions of budgeting and credit score features is cool, which is something I probably wouldn’t have looked at on my own.

The app is convenient, but slow to update transfers of funds.
The App is NOT App’ing
Why even have an app if it’s not gonna do what it’s supposed to? It logs you out in the midst of logging you in. If you click on account balance it boots you out. Takes forever to load, lags, forever loading, the list is endless. The last update was months ago & it seems the same if not worse than before. The one star was required to post a review.

My biggest gripe is that the CDs in my account do not show the rate. Please fix this.

Very slow
Very slow to open. It’s frustrating every time I log in. It times out while I’m waiting to log in. Need to fix the issue or an update.
Inconvenient
This app is so slow, it lags and 95% of the time it gives an error message. Error message for trying to log in and when trying to switch to another account. Seriously needs an update it’s 2021. This app is more of an inconvenience if anything.
Unacceptable snapshot
For whatever reason, snapshot was rejecting. It took several attempts (4 times) for snapshot to finally accept.

The app doesn’t open 90% of the time. You just look at the lovely beach scene but the app doesn’t ever open

This app is so slow. You would think that during the pandemic mobile deposits would have raised from the $250 limit which is a joke. To open multiple accounts you need to open multiple memberships. That is how I do my budgeting. Pearl take some tips from Hawaii State or HawaiiUSA. Although updated this app is still dated. A 1994 version of a mobile experience.

SUPER SLOW
When accessing your bank account you should be able to do that quick and fast. I have had this app for about 2 years now and it still has problems with logging in, my login and password’s are correct it’s just the app that makes everything so slow. NEEDS TO BE FIXED
