Frustrating doesn’t even begin to describe this app!
No Support, blames the school, no notifications, no ability to use thumbprint to access! Most of the time you can see a post but can’t open the thread to read much less reply! The courseware learning studio is a joke too! Most of the time you get error messages when using the drop box feature to submit assignments- Pearson is a big company- hire some developers and fix these problems! Ugh!!!

Doesn’t work for iPhone
I can’t log in to my school’s portal. Called customer support. After telling me I probably put my information in wrong, and reinstalling the app, they told me there was a compatibility issue with the iPhone.

It's ok. Not very practical.
There is very little to do in this app. Checking scores and asking the professor questions is pretty much all you can do this app.

I downloaded this app to use on my iPad since Apple is winning its ban on flash. I couldn't even log in. My college comes up, pretty logo and looks all authentic, then nothing. I contacted their support via chat and they seriously told me that my device was not compatible. I reiterated, this is an Apple apps store app, and it's not compatible, he said yes. I knew at that point that we had a language Barr but seriously Pearson? Support your products!!!
