Doesn’t work and can’t contact them

James Lewis doesn’t want to be found - his website and the touch and learn website and YouTube channel are all missing contact details. Which is frustrating as I have tried this app on 3 different iPads and it has no sound on any of them. The main Home Screen plays music, and then it goes mute. What a shame! I would like a refund but don’t know how to get it for a non functioning app?
