What's New in Peers

2.12

July 25, 2026

Peers 2.12 THE DIVE, REBUILT Scuba is now a first-person painted descent. Five stations down the line, every look costs a breath, and what you find down there gets its own close-up. Air is time. Spend it slow. THE RAVE SCREEN, RELIT Warehouse venues got a painted marquee, a neon popularity meter, and a flyer wall of every night you have thrown. Supply contracts fold away into a drawer. Every DJ now shows the cities they tour. MORE CITIES ON TOUR DJs now route through London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Denver, San Diego, and Mexico City. London's own DJs finally play home. FIXES - Mark All in the inbox now clears every unread letter. The badge goes to zero like it always should have. - Dr. Emeka's Peer Review quest completes when you finish research. - Cassidy's influencer quest counts your bookings. - Decorate Venue and the Festival screens are readable again when opened from the rave scene.

Some Big Flaws

There’s a great game in here, but there are two things really holding it back. First, your reputation resets back to zero every single week. And since the only way to progress through the game is by reputation, it’s pretty infuriating to play for hours only to realize the game is broken. The second thing is that it’s blatantly obvious all of the scripted parts of the story are written by AI. It’s painful to read and sometimes comes off as nonsensical. For the love of God, get someone to actually write these scripts. Even the most plain spoken, normal person could write better than this.

Response from developer

Thank you for playing, and for the detailed report. An inventory edge case was silently draining reputation every week, which locked up progression. All of the arcs and stories are architected around a theme and logic humans worked on. The stories part of Peers is very important to us as well as the characters we created. So we will be more careful with the actual scripts and the generative language you pointed out in these texts. It should be fixed in the 2.10 update. If you run into anything else, email us at peersgame.support@gmail.com reports like yours make the game better. Love from Peers, and thanks for playing our game.

Money glitch

I have an issue when I first start the game I’ll buy a few interior design items then attempt to produce some chocolate, go to the next week I only have a few hundred dollars and then can’t buy anything else because according to the game I have no money. I’ll aim to the next week and the amount of money will update to be correct but I still cannot buy anything. This is after choosing the option to start with the bonus $50,000. I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it, but I do hope you can fix this because I really like the idea of the game. Hopefully I explained things in detail

Response from developer

Thank you — this was a real bug and your description helped us pin it down exactly. Producing your first batch silently enabled weekly auto-produce, which kept re-spending your cash every week, and the weekly recap hid that spending. Both are fixed in the v2.0 update coming soon: auto-produce is now opt-in only, the recap shows production costs, and starting cash is doubled. We advise starting with low quality coco and milk first to make your chocolates have higher returns. Feel free to hit the bank to grab some cash but careful of the debt. Until then, opening the Produce sheet and turning off the Auto-Produce toggle stops the drain immediately. Thanks for helping make Peers better!

Love the game

Hey guys it’s still crashing even after restarting my phone

Response from developer

Please let us know if its still crashing after v1.7 update. Thanks again for playing our little game! You can email us at peersgame.support@gmail.com

Thank you for listening

I was really hesitant because I saw that this was a fairly new game and from a small creator so me posting I didn’t think it would go anywhere but I am so happy you did. I’ve been playing this game nonstop since. Now there is still an issue with the layout on my phone. I have a problem seeing the sidebar menu as well as a top bar where your balance is, but everything else is fine. Please keep up the good work and I’ll be here for every update.

Response from developer

Thank you for sticking with us at five stars even while the game was misbehaving — that's generous, and it didn't go unnoticed. Both issues you described are fixed in 1.5: office upgrades work properly now, and the screens that trapped you behind a wall of text can always be dismissed. There's a doubled starting bankroll waiting in new runs as our thank-you. From a tiny self-made game: players who write to us like this are the reason it keeps getting better.

Love the game

I made it far into the game but now whenever I try to progress into next week, the app crashes.

Response from developer

You were right, and thank you for telling us! The buy button looked fine but a bug underneath was eating the tap — fixed in v1.5, along with a thank-you gift: starting money is doubled for every new run. Peers is made by one person, so a review like yours is genuinely how bugs get found. We appreciate you playing our little game more than you know.
