No sound
No sound for any of the languages. It worked at first for French, but once I switched the language, none of them would work anymore. YouTube worked fine for audio, so my phone was not the issue and volume was on. They need to fix the sound.

Hi BlueButterflyPrincess. We are sorry to hear that you cannot hear any sound. This is very unusual indeed, but don't worry, this may be to do with the device audio settings. In the first instance, may we suggest that you check that your device is not mistakenly in ‘silent mode’. Please note that you may still hear audio in other apps such a YouTube when in ‘silent mode’ since we don't override any of your device audio settings.
