Respond to my email

I have been waiting for my $108.90 for 4 days since cash app declined for no reason and no limit was exceeded. Y’all shouldn’t send people money without there confirmation regardless. Respond to my email that y’all have been ignoring for 48 hrs

Stop pasting the user’s clipboard

The app seems beautifully designed. However, the app reads your clipboard on opening the app (without warning or consent). There is sometimes very sensitive information (e.g. crypto private keys or seed phrases) in the clipboard. For a cryptocurrency app, privacy and security should be important to you.

Update: The app no longer reads the clipboard. It can now use deeplinks to claim any funds that someone sends you via email or sms. Original response: Hi and thanks for the feedback! Paymobil uses the clipboard to paste and copy codes that let you receive money from other people when signing up or adding an email or phone number. I.e you can send money to someone who doesn't yet have the app installed, or doesn't know your account information. When they do install the app, the code is read and the money moves to their account. The app checks ONLY for these specific Paymobil codes, if it's not present it does nothing to the clipboard. We wish Apple would provide a better way to do this (for example, having an app specific clipboard) but unfortunately this is the only way to provide the user experience people deserve. We will monitor the development of Apple's API and as soon as it is possible we will improve this feature. Regards Paymobil
