SCAM!!
The app is a SCAM FOR YOUR INFORMATION I created an account and a few weeks later I got an email from someone named Kyla saying my application as a driver was accepted but when I got into the app to login it says “NO USER FOUND” I’ve contacted the support email that was provided in the email to me from Kyla on 2 different occasions to try and get this fixed but I get no answer at all.

I think it’s a scam
I received everything but access to the app. I have received all the stuff to get started but when I tried to log into and add the debit card it told me to call this number. I tried several times and reached out several times to see what’s up with delivering for the app and poof nothing. Now I see it’s starts to be a scam and major one at that. I’m deleting the app and keep on delivering without pelican…Major scam alert

Can’t Even Create an Account
Read about all the glitches, but gave it a try anyway. I got to the point of submitting all my info and it said I was under 21, even though I tried with two different clear images of my license. I’m 32. 🙄 I kind of wonder if this is just a scam to get your info.

The Website and App for this service is filled with bugs and only functional to take your money.
Due to no available drivers frequently past noon every day, despite being serviceable 9AM-11PM, orders are frequently cancelled. I’ve made 5+ orders and have only received products once; you also only get this notice after they wait an hour.
I’ve made an order 5 individual times across a few months hoping it would work (it’s also the only delivery service) and have had 4 orders cancelled due to no delivery.
Time a competitor entered their space :) - the only thing you’d have to do is make it work more than once.

Love this app and company
I love this app in this company they are so cool kind sass knowledgeable about everything going on with their business. I work for them and as a delivery driver they are very on top of it very communicative and the deliveries are very easy and simple the app definitely makes it easy to process IDs for proper identification other than that I think that they’re a new company and of course the app could use some more development but other than that I love it

good app / extra income and good customer service
been a driver for a couple months at first didn’t get any orders but now i do and i have to say it’s pretty interesting and fun, customer service (owner ect) is very nice and communicative with us drivers for any reason you need to talk to them. highly recommend.
Was able to set up an account, now I can’t access it.
I set up an account with all my information and everything, but when I go to sign in with the email and password I just created, I get a sign in error. When I clicked through to reset my password, I never got an email. Is this app just a big phishing scheme? Just let me into my account already!

I tried to create an account on two separate phones (because I thought my iPhone was the problem) but when it comes to creating an account you cannot add a image of your license or your license plate. Tapping on the icon to do so dosent work and there is no way around it. I hope it gets fixed soon! I would love to use the app but I’m sad I’m unable to.

Just Installed
When I try to add DOB I tap it and the only option I am given is to scan text. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled 4 times and the same thing happens every time. I give up.
Not adding pictures
Wont let me add drivers license or license plate picture even though camera is enabled. Cant get anywhere now
You can wait days for order
Good luck. The orders are far and few between. And the customers are some of the rudest on any app out there.
Driver review
This is a new app there were a few bugs, but after a phone call directly to the administrator and shortly after the issues on the app for the drivers were addressed and fixed
