Pelikin money

The card worked well until 3 days ago, it no longer works and I have tried many email addresses with no response.
There seems to be no help or support.

How’d I travel without it?

Took Pelikin to Asia and honestly don’t know how I’d managed my previous trips without it. Easy to load money, pay in local currency, and keep track of what I’m spending.

It’s now been over 8 weeks since I visited the Morrisons UK service station, had trouble with the process & decided to not fill up but my £100 has not reappeared in my account & is still listed as “pending” in transactions. Also the app will not allow me to change my home address.
