Сначала вопросы для индивидуального плана, а потом оказывается, что одно занятие из трёх упражнение й на две минуты – единственное, что будет бесплатно

Scam
They charged my Apple account for a one year subscription after I canceled before the end of the trial. I actually went through the process of canceling twice. It appears as though they used a “glitch” in the process to not accept the cancelation. I have reached out to the developer and to Apple. They have my whole Apple app account on hold until I pay them $30 for an app that I never used or even opened outside of my attempt to cancel the trial subscription

Not sure if there are videos on this I can’t see them if there are so not sure of what I’m supposed to do… if it’s just LegalShield I’ve done them for years…

Not worth it
They have you input all your personal information and goals and It’ll allow you to go through ONE round of exercises before they force you into paying or else you cannot move forward. Scam not worth your time

Results are real!
It does what it says, and makes it very easy to strengthen the pelvic floor. The graphics and haptics really help visualize for optimal results. I’m quite happy with this app!
