I can finally sneeze, laugh, and work out without fear

I had basically accepted that leaking was just my 'new normal' after having kids. I was wearing panty liners every single day 'just in case,' aggressively crossing my legs every time I felt a sneeze coming on, and I completely gave up on running or doing jumping jacks at the gym. I felt so embarrassed and aged. Pelvifix completely turned things around for me. I’ve tried doing Kegels on my own before, but I clearly wasn't doing them right. The visual guidance in this app makes it foolproof, and the 10-minute daily sessions are so easy to fit into my morning routine. The best part is the progress tracker actually seeing my leak frequency graph go down week by week kept me incredibly motivated. I am officially 5 weeks in, and yesterday I sneezed twice and laughed until my stomach hurt... with ZERO leaks. It sounds dramatic, but this app gave me my confidence and my freedom back.
