Reimbursements: archive, restore, and submit for others Archive and restore: hide reimbursements you don't need and bring them back anytime, as long as they haven't been exported or fully approved. No more test entries clogging your queues. Submit for someone else: admins and accountants can now create a reimbursement on behalf of any spender, so every expense is booked to the person who actually spent, instead of going unrecorded or filed under the wrong name. Full audit trail: archiving, restoring, and submitting on behalf of others are all logged, so every action is documented.
