PenaltyLab: Flag Football

PenaltyLab: Flag Football is a bilingual rules-learning and penalty-training app for flag-football officials, coaches, players, and rules learners. The current content is based on the IFAF International Flag Football Rules 2023 — 5 on 5 / non-contact. The rules took effect on May 1, 2023, and the source was verified again on July 22, 2026. This version contains one IFAF rules system and does not include an NFL FLAG mode. The on-device simulator calculates the enforced position, next down, distance to gain, and penalty result. • Scenario Guide Study manually authored animated cases showing player alignment, movement, flag actions, foul location, visual highlights, and enforcement results. • Fast Search Search by foul code, Chinese or English name, alias, or keyword. Exact code matches receive priority. • Instant Language Switching Switch between Simplified Chinese and English from Settings without leaving the current screen. • Offline Learning The rules catalog, search, simulation logic, and available teaching content run on the device.
