Restore purchase not working
I've really liked this app for turning photos into sketches. But the restore purchases hasn't been working. I even paid for the watermark removal pack a second time which was effective for like a month, but then it became ineffective and the restore purchases also won't work to restore that feature (even after many times trying to the restore purchases and also deleting the app and then reinstalling it a few times). Really disappointed. Also, no contact support feature in the app, either.

Cannot restore purchase to unlock features already purchased! Contact them, you can “write” to them, physical address only. Really? Total scam!

Purchased but no longer works
I purchased this app around 2021-22 and it worked perfectly until today. It’s telling me I must upgrade and I can’t do anything. The restore purchases button doesn’t work. I loved the app and used it often, but I’m not happy about being ripped off. I’ll search for a replacement app.
Restore purchase not functional
I bought this app the pro version about two or three years ago and everything was working fine until today. When I open the app, it had like GoPro all of these like sign up pay this pay that other words like I don’t have the pro version I’m not licensed for it and then when I went to go to the pro page restore purchase button didn’t work. It didn’t do anything so I really hope the developers have the dignity to fix this problem and respond to me.

No longer works on my iPad
App no longer works on iPad 6th gen running iPadOS 17.7.10. Please indicate previous version should be used and make that version available.
Disappointed
This use to be a good app, now it makes you watch an add to save it without their watermark which would be ok except after watching the adds it still isn’t removed. Disappointing

I’ve paid $39.99 for this app which expires in October 2026, every time I adjust an image I’m forced to watch an advertisement. Now asking for an extra $2.99 to remove a watermark.

Won’t work
Adds pop up and won’t close. I push an x but the add doesn’t go away.
Too many ads
Bought it and it works perfect. Great for sketching when you use the cartoon app to cheat shading values. But then they ruined it with six times as many ads as there should be
Love this App ….. But!!!
I’ve used this app for such a long time, I really love it, BUT.. the Ads are getting ridiculous, there are so many now, every time you go to do something there’s an Ad ☹️ and they seem so long too, it’s very frustrating!!!
Also I’ve noticed the quality of the sketch seems a bit off lately, it doesn’t seem to be so clear now.
I really hope these things can be sorted, I don’t know what I’d do without it for my Artwork 🙏🏼

Too many ads
I spend more time trying to delete other software ads than I do creating a sketch. It is a nuisance.
Complaint non-functioning w/out ad
Constant, long ads. Shouldn’t have to watch ads or purchase an anti-ad plan just to use a most basic function of the app.
