Poor Customer Service
I have used Pencil Planner for several years now and have loved it. However, now when I need customer service to switch to a different iPad, I canโt get anyone to respond and the reset password hasnโt worked. Itโs too bad because Iโd hate to have to find something g new after all this time.

its lowkey pushy every time you log in its like BUY PRO like its cheap 14.99 but genuinely no. im trying to use it for homework and projects bc i want to be organized and its connected to my reminders, i dont like that because i dont want shopping lists on here. but you can draw events. it also has precise time stamps.

Sync issue
I have been using this app for a year and paying subscription for it. However , note sync across my devices stopped working . I tried contacting their support and they havenโt been able to provide me any solution. So those who are willing to get premium sub for this app please do it at your own risk. They havenโt been updating the app and it seems like an abandoned project to leech money off people.
