Uninstalling this app
It would’ve been good if clicking on the notifications actually directed to the free read I’m notified about. Uninstalling this app because every time I click on a notification for a free read, it directs me to the general homepage, not the free read of the day and when I search and find the book in question, the app says I’ve exhausted my free read of the day. Don’t want a subscription when I’m not sure what the quality of content will be like.

A good app to expand your knowledge
Pencil gives you short summaries of the key points in a large number of Non-Fiction books ranging through categories from sciences, psychology, business, personal wellness, and many more. It's a very intuitive way to expand your knowledge and make good learning habits without taking hours of your time.

Excellent app! I really enjoy it! There is a huge variety of books from all fields, times and topics. Great sample size trial! In case you're not sure if you want to purchase something. Books are always kept in your library!

Great way to efficiently consume information on a variety of subjects and preview books. Pencil is one of few subscription services to help people make better use of their time.

This has been an incredible addition to my morning routine. Workout, 15 minutes of reading, and then Journaling. If you want to feel productive first thing in the morning, Pencil is for you.
Not a good app at all
This app is not user friendly at all.
Writers cannot read the book if they want…. There is no way to see the reviews… I will not suggest this app to anyone.
