Love the game but it stops ,freezes up , turns off thank you now it won’t load please fix looks like this has been a problem for a long time, I need to find something else to play

Please stop forever shuffling the game when it doesn’t flippin need it you are permanently shuffling the thing around especially when I can see a winning move you start shuffling the keys around leave the game alone you are a nuisance 😞

See we’re back to the continuous fat ads again. You know, the ads that claim things which have been disproved by health professionals. The ads that use badly photoshopped pictures of these dubious pills being praised by Dragons Den. These ads should be banned.
Even the rest of the ads are getting longer and longer. Ironic that the ads for games that have “no ads” are the longest of all, some being some 50-55 seconds.

New version

I have played this game for ages and really enjoy it but you obviously don’t care about maintaining the game you can only play for a few seconds and then it freezes this has been happening for weeks it’s probably time to delete the app but I keep hoping you will fix it. Maybe if you cut down on your advertising every few minutes the game might be better. Please fix this problem l really don’t want to delete it.

Freezing.

Why is the game freezing after I only make a few plays. Then it freezes. Getting frustrated

Frustrating

I’ve played this for years and now I can’t get through one game without it freezing up on me. I’ve deleted it, reloaded, I have a new phone and nothing changed. Grrrrrr!

Started over

Was close to level 3000 and when I did this update it took me back to level 1. WTH.

Le jeu a des bugs depuis quelques jours. Il se bloque en pleine partie et plus aucun mouvement possible. Seule solution, sortir de la partie et recommencer, avec le même bug à chaque fois.
Peut-être une mise à jour serait la solution. Merci.

The game freezes continually and I have reached a level and i conquer it but it freezes and will not move forward. You are locked on a level and the game will not progress Terrible!!!

Used to love this game

…and I’ve played it for years. Now it freezes every. single. time I use it. Contacting support was worthless. Deleted the game.

Needs update

This game I’ve been playing for years but the games are terrible. Keeps sticking so your losing games . Needs a really good update. Not very happy with this game to be honest not so good to play either as the games and levels stick can’t open app installed again and still not working

I’ve been playing this game for a long time now. It freezes once you get to level 664, not only that I had 21 gems and they all disappeared but 1. I love this game and I’ve wrote to the developer and the issues I’ve been having still haven’t been fixed.

Can’t Open On Laptop Again

This is another day I can’t open on my laptop nor collect my bonuses. Also, this game continuously freezes when I have already purchased icons to help during my play so I lose whatever I have added extra to my play.
