Used to work
When this app was first launched, it worked well and I could order. Now the app gets frozen after clicking “order now”, rendering it useless. Also, not being able to use Apple Pay to pay within the app is unfortunate.
Not working
App has not been working for almost 2 weeks. Had to place my order in-store and mentioned it to the cashier. She said she knew the app wasn’t working and would pass along my comments to management.
Rewards crappy
Been a member since they opened. A few times I wanted to use my free drink reward on the app, didn’t work. Found out you have to go to the reward section, click on the reward & order from there to use it. Then I had a $12 reward. Used it for 1 drink thinking it’ll apply as the “free drink” reward but no, it used all of the $12 for the 1 drink. It didn’t make sense. I thought it’ll only apply part of it and at the least, I’ll still have the remainder but no, it used it all up. Not great at all. It’ll be awhile before I go back here again.

The app works really good and the workers are nice. You get your order fast is there is not a long line

they have lots of choices and all of their drinks are great, app works just as intended
