I opened a 100 key bundle summon and got one of them to go through then I got a free one after it ran the free one it stopped my other 9 and don’t have a way to bring them back up will change review if helped plzzz

Dodgy customer service team

Explained to them how they advertised falsely and instead of trying to solve the issue they was being aggressive and vulgar language. Unprofessional and a waste of a game. I understand why they haven’t gone far with this game.

Pay to win

The game is fun for a little, but you either need to grind the game for years to go from hard to nightmare or anything higher, I have played this game for abt a year and I can’t even beat nightmare and yet I beat over 350 main stage.

Spielt dieses Spiel nicht! Ihr denkt ihr macht Fortschritte macht ihr aber nicht. Wenn man kein Geld ausgibt, verliert man ständig. Ihr seid auf die Hilfe von Anderen angewiesen. Aber das Spiel ist am sterben und viele bessere Acc werden verkauft weil die Leute aufhören. Die Devs hören nicht auf die Community und hauen ein Update nach dem anderen raus damit die Leute immer mehr Geld zahlen müssen. Man kann die Währung Gems auch nicht richtig farmen da man hierfür Crystals benötigt. Davon kriegt man 18 pro tag und ein Spiel kostet 6 Crystals… Nach einem Spiel bekommt man ca. 500 gems ein neuer Skin kostet ca. 150k gems. Reine Geldmacherei. Kein Sinn die Devs und das Spiel

Everything is behind a pay wall and in order to hang with good accounts you need to spend thousands on a mobile game

Pay to Win

Can be played for free but game experience will be severely impacted. Not only is it pay to win, the amounts required for purchases is insane. Would recommend looking for a less greedy game. I made it 30-45 days but the grind necessary to advance for free is too much. Uninstalled.

Before you start playing this game Beware after a few small transactions you will be hooked to the game, and the game is completely skin based if you don’t have certain skins you will be utterly and certainly destroyed in ranked game mode, i after a year have spent $3k, its a great game but for what i spent its certainly not enough to even be good, every week after week its a new event, not worth it 14k gems for 100$ when the events go over 100k gems regularly. please quit while you still can

Been playing for a while spend quiet a bit of money and don’t mind, run in to the problem it start charging my card double, contacted costumer service not much help just back and forward. Avoid game unless you wanna be scamed freeze card for time being.

Banned me for no reason

Got double charged for a in store purchase, contacted apple and the refunded me so the devs banned me even after explaining the situation and said I had to repurchase 100 dollars worth of in game currency and they would remove it from my account and THEN unban me, money hungry scammers
