The app never works on my phone but works on my computer even though I am using the same security credentials. When I call the helpline they always say there must be issue with my phone. This is the only app where I have this issue and it is infuriating in light of the money I deposit into this account. The website is also not user friendly to navigate.

App doesn’t work. Using same login as computer and it says it’s incorrect. Triple checked, not my mistake.
Never allows login on app, but online it works no problem
I’ve tried countless times to login to this app. Using the same username and password (which is 100% correct) that I use to login online and it STILL SAYS “INCORRECT USERNAME OR PASSWORD”. This app is pointless and the developers need to fix it but probably never will.

I’ve never gotten this app to work on my iPhone. No trouble logging in on my computer but never worked in the app. Just says password or name incorrect.
Always errors on app
