Ticketmaster and Penn State app for sports tickets is terrible. You buy tickets through Ticketmaster and they are not displayed in the Penn State app. It is theft and a criminal

App is slow, always crashes. Just use the website.
Horrible app
Penn state needs to go back to paper tickets. This app is horrible at best as it never works for you to transfer tickets.
The absolute worst
Typical PSU disaster. App doesn’t work and just has the logo on your screen. Worthless, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for… nothing.
Won’t even open
I can’t even get the app to open anymore. It just sits on the Lion head screen forever. If it does open, it crashes when trying to click on any link in the schedule. It is also super annoying to have to scroll through to the current date to see what teams are playing. The schedule opens to tomorrow instead of today.

Crashes on click fixed in v11.2.2
App was crashing on any story click, but the bug was fixed in this version.
App suddenly closes
The app must have a bug in the latest version. If you select an article, the screen flips to white and closes the app. It only happens on iPads. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, I’ve loaded it on another iPad and it hasn’t helped. I’d give the app 5 stars normally, but it only gets 1 now.

Similar to other user reports … the latest app update results in crashes when you attempt to open a news article. Happens repeatedly. Very frustrating.

This app is useless after the update. Like they didn’t even test before going live.
App is broken
I can’t read any article that is posted. As soon as I click on one, I’m tossed out of the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it with the same result. The app gives no way to reach a customer support function. It’s pretty much useless.
Update causes app crashes
If you try to open any of the news articles, it causes the app to crash and close. If you ask the virtual assistant a question about this app problem, the bot instructs you to download the very app you are currently using to chat with the bot. If you try to get app support, you are shown a “page not found” error. The problem wasn’t in the prior version, so hopefully the developers can undo their latest work to fix this.

Still waiting for landscape mode
The previous edition of this app worked fine in landscape mode. I use an iPad with a keyboard attached, so am always in landscape mode. This version of the app is portrait mode only, so I don’t use it. I’ve been going to the gopsusports.com website to access all that is contained in this app, and working in landscape mode is no problem.

This app, as usual, blows. Try to listen to Steve and Jack postgame. App quits, can’t reconnect. Also not available via Carplay. Why do you bother releasing such trash?

I have NEVER had to sign in and out of an app so many times in my life! This is absurd. App works less than half the time. Trying to manage ticket is so aggravating. This makes me want to give up any PSU tickets I have, just to not have to try to sell tickets, transfer tickets or download tickets. With this many ticket holders, how is this sooo terrible?

Listen button is broken
Seems like the listen button is broken in the app. Worked fine for the past few years. Disappointed
Doesn’t work for mobile tickets.
I can’t ever access my season tickets. Sometimes I can look at them but can’t click on them, sometimes I can click on them but can’t view them, sometimes they’re all missing. For the Bowling Green game, I couldn’t even add them to my wallet until the day of. Constant errors.
“Bug fixes” aren’t fixed
Can’t access my tickets because of an error in the app. This is happening to hundreds of people. Fix it.
