PennDOT - ConstructionAAR

The PennDOT AAR app allows construction staff to create project activity notes while working in the field. The app provides users to record notes, add relevant documents and save to server. The app supports data capture in offline mode and syncs data as it connects to internet. The created notes can be viewed by other users who work on the project. The app also supports bookmarking notes that are relatively more significant.
